- Yearly / annual closing of MIS books
- Monitor and identify reasons for variance between actual and budget numbers
- Preparation of analysis for CFO/MD review.
- Preparation of financial presentations for top management meetings
- Ensuring and accurate & timely submission of deliverables to KMBL
- Preparing internal reports for executive leadership and supporting their decision making
- Active participation in developing and continuous improving Company’s annual budget
- projections and its final roll-out to all departments.
- Working with individual departments to prepare budgets and consolidate them into one
overall corporate budget
- Performing competition benchmarking and giving insight to the top management on the
- various development across the industry
- Handling ad-hoc requirements of the top management/Holding company
- Undertake projects based on the guidance of the management
