Lead - Farmer Engagement Growth

About the Role

We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial, data-driven growth leader to build and scale our farmer engagement and customer acquisition engine across an existing database of 8-10 lakh+ farmers.

The role will own AI-led calling, CRM, WhatsApp/SMS, digital marketing, lead generation, farmer segmentation and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- - Build a scalable AI + Human farmer engagement model using AI Voice, IVR, WhatsApp, SMS and CRM.
- Drive large-scale inbound outbound farmer campaigns and maximize farmer reach.
- Develop farmer segmentation, lead scoring and propensity models to identify high-intent farmers.
- Automate farmer journeys - acquisition, engagement, enquiry, follow-up, conversion and repeat purchase.
- Work closely with Agronomy Sales teams to improve lead-to-order conversion and advisor productivity.
- Own performance marketing across relevant digital channels and optimize CPL, CAC, conversion and ROAS.
- Identify, evaluate and manage AI, MarTech, CRM and telephony technology partners.




- Build dashboards and analytics to continuously improve reach, engagement, conversion, orders and revenue per farmer.
- Experiment with new technologies and channels to create a highly scalable farmer growth engine.

Ideal Candidate

- - Experience in Growth Marketing, CRM, MarTech, Customer Engagement or Digital Marketing.
- Robust hands-on experience with AI/Conversational AI, CRM and marketing automation.
- Experience with Voice/Telephony, WhatsApp, SMS and large-scale customer campaigns.
- Strong analytical, commercial and execution mindset.
- Experience in AgriTech, Rural Commerce, FMCG, FinTech, E-commerce, Telecom or Consumer Internet preferred.
- Ability to build systems from scratch and work closely with Technology, Sales and Operations teams.
