Job Title - Lead ESG

Candidate Specification – Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience

Location – Delhi

- 7–10 years of overall experience with at least 5+ years in ESG/Sustainability Reporting roles.
- Hands-on experience in preparing and managing reports under BRSR, GRI, SASB, and TCFD frameworks.
- Demonstrated ownership or significant contribution to annual sustainability reports and ESG disclosures.
- Experience handling ESG rating submissions, assessments, or stakeholder engagement with S&P; Global, Sustainalytics, MSCI, Refinitiv, and/or CRISIL ESG Ratings.
- Strong exposure to sustainability strategy development, ESG governance, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Experience in benchmarking ESG performance, tracking material KPIs, and driving sustainability improvement programs.




- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders including HR, EHS, Finance, CSR, IT, Operations, Investor Relations, and senior leadership.
- Experience in sustainability data collection, analysis, dashboard creation, KPI monitoring, and internal/external reporting.
- Exposure to ESG audits, assurance processes, materiality assessments, and risk management frameworks.
- Preferred educational background: B.Tech, MBA, Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, or related disciplines, with solid analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
