- Build and maintain the integrated design schedule across master planning, architecture, structural, MEP, infra, landscape and interiors.
- Coordinate COEs, consultants, PMC and GC to close inputs, comments and interface dependencies on time.
- Track consultant appointment milestones, scope readiness and design deliverable commitments
- Ensure adherence to approved product strategy, design brief and stage-gate review requirements
- Monitor timely issuance of IFC/GFC drawings, RFI logs and overdue actions
- Drive usage of Autodesk Construction Cloud or equivalent for transmittals, revisions and drawing traceability
- Maintain exception logs and escalation notes for slippages, missing inputs and unresolved decisions
- Publish weekly design MIS on milestones, ageing, risks and decisions required for leadership review.
Qualifications 12-18 years Real estate, construction, infrastructure, hospitality and allied sectors.
MBA / PGDM from a reputed institution; exposure to real estate / infrastructure-led businesses preferred.
Engineering / Architecture / Finance graduate from a recognized Indian institution.
