Role Description

We are looking for a Data Scientist for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India .

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in working across Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Python, SQL, Predictive Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, and Data Analytics .

The Data Scientist will work closely with production, operations, supply chain, finance, sales, IT, and other business teams to analyze data, identify patterns, build predictive models, and develop actionable insights that support better business and operational decision-making.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in data science, data analytics, machine learning, AI, business intelligence,



statistics, data engineering, or related roles can apply.
- Candidates from technology, IT services, consulting, manufacturing, SaaS, e-commerce, finance, logistics, telecom, FMCG, retail, or other data-driven industries are welcome.
- Basic to positive knowledge of Python and SQL .
- Understanding of statistics, probability, data analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling .
- Familiarity with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, or similar tools will be beneficial.
- Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or other visualization and BI tools will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms will be beneficial.
- Exposure to Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, LLMs, or recommendation systems will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, or similar data platforms will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and visualization .
- Strong analytical, logical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in an on-site manufacturing environment .
- Internship, Kaggle competition, GitHub project, certification, research project, hackathon, personal project, or academic experience will be considered and is not mandatory .
- Strong willingness to learn and work with new data, AI, and analytical technologies.
