Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage commercial real estate transactions from origination to closure, ensuring timely execution and meeting client expectations.

- Conduct thorough due diligence on properties, analyzing financial statements, market trends, and other relevant data to inform lending decisions.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive loan packages for clients, including structuring financing options and negotiating terms.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the deal process, maintaining high levels of transparency and communication with clients.

Job Requirements :

- 10-18 years of experience in commercial underwriting or private banking, specifically focused on commercial real estate lending.

- Robust understanding of commercials real estate markets, including property types, zoning regulations, and local economic conditions.

- Proficiency in Deal Closure software or similar platforms; ability to learn new systems quickly.

- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail; ability to interpret complex financial statements and make informed lending decisions.
