Are you passionate about Databricks, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI? We are looking for an experienced Lead Consultant – Databricks with AI/ML Knowledge to join our team!

Role Overview

As a Lead Consultant, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform. You will work closely with data engineers, data scientists, business stakeholders, and clients to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement ML pipelines using Databricks and Apache Spark
- Build, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models at scale
- Develop feature engineering workflows and reusable ML components
- Implement MLOps practices, including CI/CD, model monitoring, and versioning
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets in distributed environments
- Develop AI applications using Python, LangChain, and CrewAI
- Build RAG-based applications and Agentic AI workflows
- Integrate and optimize Gemini, OpenAI, and Azure OpenAI APIs
- Work with vector databases and embeddings using FAISS and Pinecone
- Design scalable REST APIs and microservices
- Deploy AI applications using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines




- Collaborate with clients and translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Databricks certification such as Databricks Machine Learning Associate or Professional
- Experience with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
