Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst Lead to direct our Business Systems team, bridge business operations with technology and engineering, and drive key operational improvement projects.

Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Operational Governance

- Lead, mentor, and direct a team of Business Analysts handling day-to-day business requirements, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Establish and monitor core operational metrics and KPIs for the BA team to ensure consistent performance and compliance.

1. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Collaboration

- Partner with internal business units, including Sales, Finance, Catalog, Customer Service, and Logistics, to align technical solutions with commercial goals.
- Facilitate structured requirement gathering, process mapping, and ongoing status reporting to managerial and executive stakeholders.

Process Engineering & System Improvement

- Evaluate real-time system performance and operational data to identify bottlenecks and substandard processes across business functions.
- Scope, execute, and deliver management-sponsored improvement initiatives in direct collaboration with Technology and Engineering teams.

1. Requirements Lifecycle & Documentation

- Oversee the end-to-end requirement lifecycle, from business requirement gathering and functional specification drafting to formal sign-off and delivery.
- Implement clear project delivery plans, track system changes, and maintain comprehensive internal and external system documentation.

Skills & Qualifications Must Have - Experience

- 10+ years of overall experience in a Business Analyst role, with a proven track record in the E-Commerce domain/platform.

- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying.

- Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies; Green/Black Belt preferred.
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- PMP / CBAP Certification.
