What You'll Do

- Celigo Architecture &
- Development

- Design, build, deploy, and support Celigo integrations across NetSuite and connected enterprise platforms.

- Define Celigo standards for flow design, mapping patterns, transformation logic, error handling, retries, monitoring, alerting, and ownership boundaries.

- Drive platform simplification by reducing fragile flows, duplicate logic, unnecessary customization, and integration technical debt.

- Lead architecture decisions for point-to-point integrations, reusable patterns, APIs, webhooks, and event-driven designs.

- Enterprise Integration Governance
- Establish integration standards aligned with industry best practices for reliability, observability, security, maintainability, and operational supportability.

- Partner with Product Management and the Senior NetSuite Systems Architect to translate roadmap initiatives into scalable integration designs.

- Document integration patterns, runbooks, escalation paths, and support procedures.

- Ensure data stewardship and business ownership are clearly defined across connected systems.

- NetSuite &

- Operational Systems Integration

- Lead integrations across NetSuite, eCommerce, WMS/3PL, EDI, tax, customer, finance, and adjacent operational systems.

- Improve integration reliability across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, fulfillment, returns, and financial operations.

- Partner with business teams to identify recurring integration failures and address root causes rather than symptoms.

- Ensure integration designs support global operations, multi-subsidiary requirements, auditability, and operational scale.

- AI &

- Intelligent Automation





- Evaluate, recommend, and help implement practical AI-enabled automation opportunities across integration monitoring, exception handling, reconciliation, reporting, and operational decision support.

- Partner with teams working on AI capabilities to ensure automation involving ERP or operational systems is secure, auditable, and appropriately governed.

- Help define patterns for AI agents or assistants that interact with enterprise data while respecting role-based permissions, human approval requirements, and audit controls.

- Distinguish between high-value AI automation opportunities and areas where deterministic workflows, human review, or traditional integration patterns are more appropriate.

- Operational Excellence &

- Production Support

- Create monitoring dashboards, alerting frameworks, and operational runbooks for critical integrations.

- Lead troubleshooting for complex production issues involving data, mappings, source systems, target systems, timing, permissions, or business process breakdowns.

- Define service expectations and incident response practices for business-critical flows.

- Continuously improve integration observability, supportability, and recovery processes.

- Leadership &

- Enablement

- Mentor developers, analysts, and administrators on integration best practices and support patterns.

- Lead technical design reviews and recommend solutions aligned to industry best practices and long-term maintainability.

- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Create explicit documentation so integration knowledge is institutional rather than tribal.
