- New Business & Underwriting
- Billing & Claims
- Surrenders, Loans, Withdrawals, Lapse & Paid-up processing
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of 56 Business Analysts
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience
- Ability to drive requirement workshops, JAD sessions, BRD/FRD, user stories, UAT, and impact analysis
- Experience in platform modernization, product launches, system enhancements, and transformation programs
- Robust operations background; requirement gathering-only profiles will not fit
