Key Responsibilities

- Lead QA activities across the complete game development and release lifecycle

.

- Define test strategies, test plans, test cases, and QA processes for gaming products.

- Perform and oversee functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing

.

- Drive manual testing for web, mobile, and gaming applications.

- Test

Poker, Slot, and other real-money gaming products across different scenarios and game flows.

- Validate game mechanics, gameplay logic, UI/UX, payments, bonuses, wallets, and other critical functionalities.

- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through to closure.

- Work closely with Developers, Game Designers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to resolve quality issues.

- Ensure adequate test coverage and quality standards before production releases.

- Mentor and guide QA engineers and review their testing approach and deliverables.

- Participate in release planning, risk assessment, and production issue analysis.

- Continuously improve QA processes, testing methodologies, and overall product quality.

Required Skills & Experience





- 7–10 years of experience in QA / Software Testing.

- Strong hands-on experience in

Manual Testing

.

- Proven experience in

Game Testing

, preferably in real-money gaming.

- Solid understanding of

Poker and/or Slot Games

.

- Good knowledge of game flows, game mechanics, betting, wallets, bonuses, and other gaming functionalities.

- Experience in functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing.

- Strong understanding of

STLC, defect lifecycle, test planning, and test case design

.

- Experience working with tools such as

JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr

, or similar.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Prior experience leading or mentoring a QA team

.

Good to Have

- Exposure to

Poker, Slot, Casino, or Sports Gaming products.

- Understanding of multiplayer and real-time gaming systems.

- Basic knowledge of API testing and tools such as Postman.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
