5. Proven track record of leading analytics projects from inception to completion, delivering tangible business results.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Basic working knowledge of SQL/Python
