We are looking for a Lead AI & QA Engineer with strong expertise in test automation, AI-driven quality engineering, and software development. This role will lead quality platform initiatives, drive innovation, and champion the adoption of AI technologies across the testing organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead AI and automation initiatives within Quality Engineering.

- Design and enhance enterprise test automation frameworks.

- Implement AI solutions, including AI Agents, RAG, and AI-assisted testing.

- Perform hands-on coding, scripting, code reviews, and framework development.

- Drive CI/CD, test platform improvements, and quality transformation programs.

- Mentor and upskill Quality Engineers on up-to-date testing practices and AI technologies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in QA Automation, SDET, or Software Development.





- Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET development.

- Experience as a QA Architect, Test Architect, or Principal QA Engineer.

- Proven experience implementing AI solutions within testing and quality engineering.

- Experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Amazon Q, or similar AI coding tools.

- Knowledge of RAG, MCP, AI Agents, and GenAI technologies.

- Experience with Selenium, automation framework architecture, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

- Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of Docker, Terraform, DevOps, and cloud technologies.

- Experience with Bellatrix or other modern automation frameworks.
