The Role
We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineering leader to architect and build scalable AI-native products and platforms. You should enjoy writing code, designing systems, solving complex engineering problems and working closely with founders and product teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12 years of strong software engineering experience
- Excellent hands-on background in backend engineering, distributed systems and system architecture
- Strong experience with Python / Go / Node.js, APIs, microservices and event-driven systems
- Production experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents / Agentic workflows
- Exposure to LangGraph / LangChain,
vector databases, AI orchestration and AI evaluations is highly preferred
- Strong cloud experience with AWS/GCP, Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience building and scaling products/platforms from 0→1 or at high scale
- Strong technical ownership with the ability to mentor and guide engineers
- Product/startup/SaaS experience preferred
Key Eligibility
- This is a full-time, permanent, 5-days-WFO opportunity in Gurgaon.
- Candidates should have meaningful experience in full-time product/engineering roles.
- Previous freelance or consulting experience is acceptable, but candidates whose career has been predominantly freelance/independent consulting are not the intended fit.
- This is not a conventional Delivery, Program Management or purely people-management role.
- We are specifically looking for someone who remains deeply technical and hands-on while taking ownership of architecture and engineering direction.
