To manage end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements for employees, ensuring cost-effective, compliant, and seamless travel operations while delivering a high level of employee support and vendor management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree .
- Certification in Travel & Tourism Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 10+ years of experience in corporate travel administration or travel management.
- Experience handling international travel, visa processing, and vendor coordination.
- Exposure to travel management systems and online booking platforms.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Knowledge of domestic and international travel processes.
- Expertise in visa and immigration procedures.
- Solid vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power BI (preferred).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight timelines.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation

Key Responsibilities

Travel Management

- Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings, including air tickets, hotel accommodations, airport transfers, rail & bus tickets.
- Ensure timely travel arrangements in accordance with company travel policies.
- Manage travel requests, approvals, itineraries, and travel-related documentation.
- Provide travel advisory support, including visa requirements, immigration regulations,



and country-specific travel guidelines.
- Handle urgent travel changes, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.
- Manage international travel Sim cards
- Manage Travel insurance.

Visa & Immigration Support

- Coordinate visa application processes for business travelers.
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, visa agencies, and travel partners.
- Maintain records of visa validity, passport renewals, and supporting travel documents.
- Assist employees with travel-related compliance requirements.

Vendor Management

- Manage relationships with travel management companies (TMCs), airlines, hotels, and visa service providers.
- Negotiate competitive rates and service agreements with vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure service-level compliance.
- Resolve travel-related escalations and service issues.

Cost Control & Reporting

- Monitor travel expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Analyze travel spending trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare monthly travel reports, MIS dashboards, and management summaries.
- Verify travel invoices and coordinate with Finance for timely payments and reconciliations.

Employee Support

- Act as the primary point of contact for travel-related queries.
- Provide travelers with complete itineraries, travel policies, and emergency contact information.
- Support senior leadership and business-critical travel requirements.

Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate travel records and travel management databases.
- Support audits by providing travel-related documentation and reports.**
