Role & responsibilities

LMS Administration

- Manage course creation, course uploads, batches, learner groups, assignments, due dates, and completion tracking on the LMS.

- Assign courses to learners and follow up for completion as per programme timelines.

- Maintain learner records, attendance, completion status, assessment results, feedback, and certificates where applicable.

- Generate LMS reports, dashboards, and MIS for internal review and client reporting.

Training Content Support

- Create, edit, format, and update training decks, learner handouts, quizzes, worksheets, feedback forms, and course assets.

- Use Canva and AI tools to improve design, formatting, visuals, summaries, quizzes, and learner-facing material.

- Convert approved content into LMS-ready formats such as videos, PDFs, decks, quizzes, forms, and assignments.

- Ensure content is clean, consistent, branded, and easy for learners to use.

Programme Coordination

- Coordinate with trainers, internal team members, clients, and learners for course launch, reminders,



feedback, and closure.

- Track programme progress, pending actions, feedback trends, and completion risks.

- Collate learner feedback and prepare straightforward summaries for review.

- Maintain organised folders, version control, naming conventions, and content repositories.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline; HR, Psychology, Management, L&D;, Education, Communication, or related background preferred.

- 13 years of experience in LMS administration, L&D; operations, training coordination, content support, course administration, or learning MIS.

- Experience on Nrich LMS is preferred;

experience on any LMS or online learning platform will be considered.

- Content development experience is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
