We are looking for a qualified Lawyer with proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in managing end-to-end contracting processes and providing legal support to business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, service agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, and other legal documents.

- Ensure contractual compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks associated with contracts and business transactions.

- Provide legal guidance and strategic support to internal stakeholders on contractual matters.

- Collaborate with business teams to facilitate smooth execution of agreements.

- Handle contract lifecycle management and maintain accurate documentation.
