We are looking for a proactive Lawyer / Legal Executive to handle daily litigation tracking, coordination with legal counsels, and legal documentation for day-to-day business affairs at Mumbai Textile Merchants Association. The role requires strong follow-up, drafting, and organisational skills to ensure timely legal compliance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily watch on ongoing legal matters and update case lists and status reports.
- Coordinate with external advocates and solicitors for hearings, filings, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely preparation and filing of litigation documents, including notices, replies, pleadings, and affidavits.
- Draft, review, and manage routine business and commercial documents such as agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and authority letters.




- Maintain organised legal records, trackers, and document repositories.
- Regularly update management and support internal teams on legal matters.

Qualifications & Skills
- LL.B. from a recognised university (Bar enrolment preferred)
- Experience in litigation coordination and legal documentation
- Strong drafting, follow-up, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet strict timelines
- Proficiency in MS Word and basic legal MIS

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
