We are looking for experienced and skilled professionals to join our factory at Kalyani, West Bengal .

? 1. Lathe Operator

Experience: 5–6 years

Key Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in operating conventional/centre lathe machines.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Experience in turning, facing, boring, threading, grooving, drilling, chamfering, etc.
- Good knowledge of job setting, tool selection and machining parameters.
- Ability to use vernier caliper, micrometer and other precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per drawing.
- Good knowledge of machine safety and basic machine maintenance.

? 2. Mechanical Fitter Experience: 5–6 years

Key Requirements:

- Robust hands-on experience in mechanical fitting and fabrication work .
- Must be able to read engineering/fabrication drawings and independently carry out marking and layout as per drawing.
- Ability to transfer dimensions from drawings to plates, sections, pipes and other components accurately.
- Experience in marking, layout, cutting, drilling, grinding,



fitting and assembly .
- Ability to understand dimensions, tolerances, centre lines, reference points and orientation from drawings.
- Experience in alignment and assembly of mechanical components.
- Knowledge of shafts, bearings, couplings, gearboxes and other mechanical components will be an advantage.
- Ability to inspect own work using measuring instruments and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Good understanding of workshop safety and quality requirements.
