Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Laser Scanning Surveyor role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The Laser Scanning

Surveyor will perform 3D laser scanning of industrial facilities and sites, including preparation, setup, and operation of laser scanning equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards. The role involves collecting accurate field data, processing point clouds, and coordinating with engineers and CAD specialists to support 3D plant modelling and design workflows. The surveyor will document survey results, maintain equipment,



manage data files, and ensure timely delivery of survey outputs for multiple projects.

Collaboration with project teams, clear communication of technical findings, and adherence to project schedules will be central to day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with understanding of industrial facilities and infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience in Land Surveying, including use of laser scanners, total stations, and related surveying instruments.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and familiarity with point cloud processing or 3D modelling workflows.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams and presenting technical information clearly.
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and commitment to safety and quality on site.
- Ability to work on industrial sites, travel within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region as required, and manage multiple assignments.
- Experience with 3D laser scanning, industrial projects, or digital twin solutions is an advantage.
