Role Purpose

Good Earth Infra is looking for a knowledgeable and hands-on Landscaping Specialist to oversee the planning, development, maintenance, and enhancement of landscaping across its commercial real estate properties. The role will ensure that all outdoor and green spaces are aesthetically appealing, sustainable, well-maintained, and aligned with the company's standards for premium commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities

Landscape Planning & Development

- Develop and implement landscaping plans for commercial properties, including gardens, lawns, plantations, walkways, and outdoor common areas.
- Recommend suitable trees, plants, shrubs, seasonal flowers, and other greenery based on site conditions, climate, and maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams during landscape development and renovation works.
- Review landscape drawings, layouts, planting plans, and specifications to ensure effective implementation.

Landscape Maintenance

- Monitor the daily maintenance and upkeep of landscaped areas across assigned properties.
- Ensure proper watering, pruning, trimming, mowing, fertilization, pest control, and replacement of plants.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify issues related to plant health, irrigation systems, soil conditions, or overall landscape quality.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, aesthetics, and greenery across common areas and outdoor spaces.

Vendor & Team Management

- Supervise landscaping contractors, gardeners, and maintenance staff.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor the quality and timely completion of work.
- Coordinate with external vendors for plant procurement, fertilizers, landscaping materials, equipment,



and specialized services.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to agreed scope, quality standards, and timelines.

Irrigation & Sustainability

- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage.
- Identify opportunities for water conservation, sustainable landscaping, composting, and environmentally friendly practices.
- Promote the use of native and climate-appropriate plant species to improve sustainability and reduce maintenance requirements.

Budget & Documentation

- Assist in preparing annual and project-wise landscaping budgets.
- Monitor expenses related to landscaping, maintenance, manpower, materials, and vendors.
- Maintain records of plant inventory, maintenance schedules, vendor activities, and landscape-related expenses.
- Prepare periodic reports on landscaping conditions, requirements, and improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma or Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Architecture, Botany, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in landscaping, horticulture, facility management, or commercial/residential real estate projects.
- Experience in managing landscaping across large commercial complexes, corporate campuses, hotels, or premium residential projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plants, horticulture practices, soil management, irrigation, and pest control.
- Experience in managing landscaping vendors and on-site gardening teams.




- Ability to read and understand basic landscape layouts and drawings.
