About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Architect with 2–4 years of professional experience in hospitality and/or real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing landscape concepts that enhance the aesthetic, functional, and environmental value of our developments.

Key Rsponsibilities

- Develop innovative landscape design concepts for hospitality, resort, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Prepare landscape master plans, concept designs, detailed drawings, planting plans, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and project teams to ensure seamless integration of landscape elements.
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and landscape assessments.
- Select appropriate plant species, hardscape materials, irrigation systems, and outdoor furnishings based on project requirements.
- Review and monitor landscape execution at project sites to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants during project execution.
- Prepare presentations, design reports, mood boards,



and client-facing documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable landscaping practices, and innovative landscape solutions.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in hospitality, resort, residential, commercial, or real estate projects.
- Robust knowledge of landscape design principles, planting design, grading, irrigation, and hardscape detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Revit, or other relevant design software.
- Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of sustainable design practices and environmental considerations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience working on luxury hospitality, resort, villa, or large-scale real estate developments.
- Strong eye for aesthetics, spatial planning, and outdoor user experience.
- Ability to travel to project sites as required.
- Passion for creating functional, sustainable, and visually compelling outdoor environments.
