Role Description The Land Aggregator will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and securing land parcels required for highway and infrastructure projects in and around Ludhiana. This full-time, on-site role involves liaising with landowners, local authorities, and government departments to facilitate land acquisition and resolve related issues. The role includes conducting field surveys, verifying land records, coordinating documentation and legal formalities, and maintaining accurate records of negotiations and agreements.

Aggregator will work closely with project, legal, and finance teams to ensure timely availability of land, support due diligence processes, and address stakeholder concerns. Regular travel within the region, community engagement, and relationship management are integral to this position.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in land identification, aggregation, and acquisition, including field surveys and verification of land records.
- Experience in coordination with local authorities, government departments, and community stakeholders for approvals and clearances.
- Ability to manage documentation, agreements, and basic legal processes related to land transactions.
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building with landowners and other stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of regional geography, local land regulations, and relevant revenue department procedures.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, use basic office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word), and prepare periodic reports.
- Prior experience in land aggregation, real estate, infrastructure, or highway projects is preferred.
- Relevant educational background in any discipline; additional qualifications in land management, real estate, or civil engineering are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally, work on-site in Ludhiana, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
