Roles & Responsibilities

Land Surveying & Boundary Establishment

- Conduct surveys on new land sites including road network connectivity.
- Identify and mark boundaries of new land parcels.
- Measure and verify site boundaries with accuracy.

Contour & Site Level Analysis

- Carry out surveys on contour levels, including cutting, filling, and benchmark fixing.
- Connect site points accurately using AutoCAD.

Layout Marking & Setting Out Works

- Mark all kinds of works at layout including road markings, park areas, plot stone markings, and drainage markings.
- Assist in setting out work for all types of building construction activities.

Approval & Finalization Support

- Get layout final approval stone marking and verify at site.
- Sign off and finalize drawings related to surveys and layout as required.





Construction Coordination & Liaison

- Collaborate with engineers and architects on construction planning and execution.
- Provide in office support during construction phases requiring surveyor involvement.

Site Safety & Environmental Check

- Inspect sites for the presence of burial grounds, lakes, rivers, quarries, hills, garbage dumps, and overhead power lines (11 KV / 33 KV / HT lines).

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

- Address and resolve customer queries related to plot measurements and discrepancies.
- Provide timely and accurate survey data for sales and legal handovers.
