Job Summary

QA Testing Laboratories Private Limited is looking for an experienced Laboratory Head – Cum – Quality Manager to independently manage laboratory operations and the Quality Management System at our Noida laboratory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day laboratory operations, testing schedules, sample flow and report release.
- Lead and supervise laboratory staff, testing activities and manpower deployment.
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, traceability and timely completion of testing.
- Implement and maintain ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and NABL requirements.
- Handle NABL assessments, audits, observations, corrective actions and compliance.
- Manage internal audits, quality documentation, SOPs, records and QMS activities.
- Oversee equipment calibration, maintenance, method validation/verification and measurement uncertainty.
- Coordinate PT/ILC activities, quality control and laboratory performance monitoring.
- Review technical records and reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with management, clients and other departments on technical requirements.

Preferred Technical Exposure

Experience in one or more of the following:

Building Materials,



Civil/Soil Testing, Water & Wastewater, Chemical Testing, Mechanical/Metal Testing, Coal/Fuel/Mineral Testing and NDT.

Required Qualification & Skills

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
- 12 years of relevant testing-laboratory experience – Mandatory.
- Experience in an NABL-accredited testing laboratory – Mandatory.
- Strong practical knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and NABL requirements.
- Experience handling NABL assessments/audits and quality documentation.
- Strong leadership, technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Excel; LIMS experience is an advantage.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a mature and experienced professional capable of independently managing laboratory operations, technical activities, quality management and NABL compliance while maintaining high standards of accuracy and reliability.

Immediate / short-notice joiners will be preferred.

Candidates should mention: Total laboratory experience, NABL experience, ISO/IEC 17025 experience, technical disciplines handled, current location, notice period and expected compensation.

Pay: ₹14,207.26 - ₹63,067.80 per month
