Role Description The Laboratory Incharge will oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, ensuring accurate testing, analysis, and reporting to support hazardous waste management and environmental compliance activities.

Responsibilities include implementing quality control procedures, supervising laboratory staff, maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The role involves coordinating sampling plans, reviewing analytical results,



supporting research and development initiatives for process improvement, and maintaining detailed documentation and records.

The Laboratory

Incharge will collaborate with operations and compliance teams to provide data-driven insights for waste treatment, resource recovery, and environmental performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sikandarabad.

Qualifications

- Strong laboratory skills, including hands-on experience with laboratory procedures and laboratory equipment handling and maintenance.
- Proficiency in quality control practices and analytical skills for interpreting data, validating results, and ensuring accuracy.
- Experience in research and development (R&D;) related to environmental science, waste management, or industrial processes.
- Degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of hazardous waste management, TSDF operations, and relevant environmental regulations and standards.
- Attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and ability to prepare clear technical reports.
- Capability to lead and train laboratory personnel, manage workflows, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement in laboratory practices.
