· Identification of Patient related parameters before collecting the blood samples.

· Collecting of Blood for analyzing of different parameters

· Barcode generation, labeling and sending the sample for respective tests or departments.

· Analyzing blood samples , performing the test and report generation in computer software .

· Maintenance of proper Bio medical waste management protocols

· Perform routine and non-routine tests and analyses using the appropriate technical equipment and instruments

· Take care of all processing & related tasks for Microbiology cultures, serology & report entry.

· Maintenance of daily log sheets like , temperature maintenance of refrigerators , centrifuge maintenance , microscope cleaning and cleaning of bench area

· Perform quality controls testing both external quality controls and Internal quality controls under the supervision of senior technician and generation of reports.





· In case of Instrument breakdown or any flags inform the lab In charge.

· Practice secure work habits, including complying with all safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations

· Work efficiently and effectively in line with the companies standard operating procedures

· Inform laboratory In charge , in case of any critical or suspicious results

· Entry of Quality Indicators in respective indicators File .

· Adhere to the TAT and / or the timelines committed to the patients.

· Operate in accordance to the company values and ethics.

· Attend workshops and training to keep updated with the latest trends in the industry.

· Keenness to learn new skills

· To attend training session whenever organized by the department heads or Institution

Pay: From ₹16,255.00 per month
