Venus Interlinings Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, technically inclined Lab Assistant for our Geo Textile Testing Laboratory at our manufacturing plant in Reengus.

The role involves understanding product specifications and testing requirements, conducting laboratory tests, maintaining accurate records, and supporting quality control and product development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct physical and performance testing of geotextile and related materials.
- Understand testing requirements, product specifications, and relevant test procedures.
- Prepare samples and assist in carrying out laboratory tests accurately.
- Record, maintain, and analyse test results.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, samples, and testing records.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams regarding testing requirements.
- Report abnormal results or quality deviations for further review.
- Assist in product development and quality improvement activities.

Candidate Profile




- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Textile Engineering preferred.
- Candidates with a background in Textile, Polymer, Mechanical, Civil, Chemistry, or Material Science may also apply.
- Experience in geotextile, nonwoven, textile testing, or quality laboratories will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong technical understanding and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
- Should be smart, detail-oriented, and capable of understanding testing requirements rather than simply following instructions.
- Comfortable working full-time at our Reengus plant.
