Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide L2 production support for IT applications, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of incidents (RCA) and implement changes to prevent future occurrences.

- Manage change requests through the Change Management process, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Monitor system performance using tools like AWS CloudWatch, Splunk, and Microsoft Windows Performance Monitoring.

Job Requirements :

- 5-10 years of experience in Application Support or similar role.

- Robust understanding of Linux/Microsoft Windows operating systems and ability to work on both platforms.

- Experience with incident management processes such as Problem Management methodologies.
