We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Lab Superintendent to join our team at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory operations and management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Supervise and manage all laboratory activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards of testing and analysis.

- Lead and motivate a team of laboratory staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services.

- Maintain accurate records and reports of laboratory activities, including test results and inventory management.





- Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a university or educational setting.

- Solid knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols, with experience in managing laboratory staff.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Familiarity with laboratory software and equipment, and the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
