The Knowledge Management Department focuses on adding value to financial advisors and distributors by designing the right content that will be relevant for building their practice and serving their clients.
We brainstorm and create curriculum, topics, tools, resources, and templates that will be useful for the PFPs (Personal Finance Professionals) with external experts and a taskforce.
Key Responsibilities
1. Value Creation & Content Management
2. Create and improve personal finance courses — mutual funds, retirement, insurance, taxation, and 30+ other personal finance topics.
3. Create and improve tools, templates, and resources that deliver practical value to financial professionals.
4. Ideate and create new learning & development advantages for QPFP Certification.
5. Stay current on personal finance developments and translate them into actionable content and value for advisors.
2. Real-life Assessment Management
1. Research and develop original, practical exam questions aligned to the course curriculum and real advisor-client scenarios.
2. Review and refine existing question sets for accuracy,
depth, and quality.
3. Build and maintain a structured master question bank with proper categorisation and version control.
3. Learning Delivery Management
1. Host and deliver live learning sessions with clarity and high learner engagement for QPFP Certification.
2. Work closely with the industry's best subject matter experts and leading practitioners to co-create and deliver knowledge to financial advisors.
Ideal Candidate Profile
1. 1–7 years of experience in the personal finance space.
2. Completed or pursuing a personal finance qualification like QPFP, CFP, or CFA.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Curious and research-driven — reads widely and stays updated.
5. Open to presenting and hosting live sessions in front of an audience.
6. Proficient in Excel and AI productivity tools — these are daily instruments.
7. High ownership mindset — takes a brief and delivers a finished product.
