We are looking for two reliable, detail-oriented Kitchen Assistants & Prep Cooks to join our café team. This is a unique hybrid role that goes beyond basic café cleaning. You will be actively involved in the food creation process. Since we use exclusive, custom-made recipes, your primary responsibility will be following our recipe cards to prepare batches of food and assemble orders as they come in.
No professional chef experience is required! We will provide full, hands-on training to teach you our specific processes, recipes, and techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Recipe Execution:
Carefully read and follow custom recipe cards to ensure taste and presentation consistency.
Batch Production:
Prepare large batches of bases, sauces, or baked goods ahead of peak hours.
Order Assembly:
Efficiently build, plate, and present food items fresh when a customer orders.
Kitchen Upkeep:
Maintain clean workstations, wash dishes, and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Inventory Control:
Monitor ingredient levels, alert the owner when stock is low, and properly store deliveries.
Requirements & Qualifications
High Attention to Detail:
Ability to strictly follow step-by-step instructions and precise measurements.
Coachability:
A strong willingness to learn our specific kitchen culture and cooking methods.
Speed and Stamina:
Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
Team Player:
A positive attitude and solid communication skills to work smoothly with the owner and front staff.
Prior Experience:
No formal kitchen experience required, but basic home cooking skills or previous café/restaurant experience is a plus.

Location:
Dehradun, Uttarakhand (Near Bidholi
/ UPES area).
Preference:
Local candidates or those living nearby who can easily commute for an 11-hour shift are highly preferred.
