KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - RETURNABLE PACKAGING HANDLING (KAM), Supa, Ahilyanagar

Experience: 5-8 Years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations and ensure optimum space utilization & efficient material flow.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits.
- Manage inventory and movement of returnable packaging assets like pallets, crates, bins, containers, etc.
- Monitor asset circulation, recovery, utilization and minimize losses, damage & shrinkage.
- Coordinate repair, refurbishment, cleaning & quality inspection of assets.
- Plan and coordinate warehouse & transportation activities to meet customer SLAs.
- Lead, mentor and develop warehouse teams; drive performance and training.
- Ensure safety, compliance, 5S and environmental standards. Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma and digital initiatives.
- Prepare daily,



weekly & monthly operational reports and track KPIs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 5-8 years of experience in warehouse operations, returnable packaging or supply chain environment.
- Solid knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control & returnable asset management.
- Experience in handling teams and managing vendor/ transport partners.
- Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills.
