Key Responsibilities

- Manage the Google Business Profiles of assigned clients
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish Google Business Profile content
- Create and regularly update digital product and service catalogues
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Manage communication across client WhatsApp groups and other channels
- Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the internal team
- Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain content calendars, task trackers, approvals, and account updates
- Follow up proactively instead of waiting for clients or team members to ask
- Monitor the quality and consistency of work delivered across every account
- Identify account-level problems and take ownership of resolving them
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients
- Eventually hire, train, and manage an intern under you
- Develop processes and gradually build the account-management vertical independently

Who We’re Looking For

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills




- Strong accountability and ownership
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously
- Comfortable communicating directly with founders, doctors, business owners, and senior stakeholders
- Able to work with deadlines without requiring constant supervision
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable solving problems independently
- Interested in taking on leadership responsibilities as the company grows
- Familiarity with Google Business Profiles, Canva, content creation, digital marketing, or account management is preferred
- Previous agency or client-management experience will be an advantage
