Job Summary

Showoff Retail is looking for a Key Account Executive – E-commerce to manage marketplace accounts and handle day-to-day marketplace operations, sales tracking, settlements, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion, Tata CLiQ, etc.
- Monitor orders, sales, cancellations, returns, RTOs, and settlements.
- Perform marketplace sales and payment reconciliation.
- Reconcile commissions, discounts, shipping charges, penalties, TDS/TCS, GST, and other deductions.
- Identify and follow up on payment discrepancies and short settlements.
- Track and resolve marketplace claims, disputes, and operational issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with E-commerce, Warehouse, Inventory, and Finance & Accounts teams.
- Monitor marketplace performance and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce Marketplace Operations / Key Account Management.




- Hands-on experience with multiple marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of marketplace reconciliation and settlement processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in fashion, apparel, retail, or D2C e-commerce will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Unicommerce or similar e-commerce platforms is preferred.

Education Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
