We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Kannada Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain products/services, generate leads, and provide appropriate information to customers in Kannada.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients.

- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries professionally.

- Communicate with customers in Kannada and understand their requirements.

- Explain products, services, offers, and company processes clearly.

- Generate and follow up on leads through regular calls.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.

- Convert interested prospects into customers wherever applicable.

- Follow up with existing customers and maintain valuable customer relationships.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling and performance targets.

- Escalate customer complaints or complex issues to the concerned team.

- Follow company policies, calling guidelines, and quality standards.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken Kannada communication skills.





- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.

- Good listening and problem-solving skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Freshers are welcome; telecalling/customer service experience is an advantage.

- Kannada fluency – Mandatory

- Basic English communication – Preferred

- Customer handling skills

- Lead generation and follow-up skills

- Basic MS Office/CRM knowledge
