Role Description

This full time on-site role, based in Chennai, is for a Key Account Officer/Manager specializing in Modern Trade operations. The role involves managing accounts with modern trade outlets, developing relationships with key accounts, driving sales initiatives, and achieving revenue targets. The individual will actively collaborate with retail partners,



ensure product presence and visibility, handle customer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.

Regular field visits and execution of sales strategies will be an integral part of day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Sales Operations, including achieving sales targets, managing accounts, and ensuring operational excellence.
- Proven capabilities in Channel Sales and Lead Generation to build and grow relationships with retailers and business partners.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to handle client interactions and provide solutions to customer inquiries efficiently.
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers, team members, and management.
- Knowledge of modern trade operations and market dynamics is highly desirable.
- Any bachelor's degree , Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
