About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, creative individual based in Jalgaon who lives and breathes Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form video trends. You will handle on-location smartphone/camera shoots for local businesses (clinics, retail stores, cafes, institutes) across Jalgaon and edit high-retention vertical videos using fast editing workflows (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or VN Editor).

Key Responsibilities

- Visit client locations across Jalgaon 2–3 days a week to shoot raw B-roll, client interviews, and product videos according to provided shot lists.
- Edit 15–20 high-energy Reels per week with smooth transitions, trending audio, motion text overlays, and sound effects.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content, student testimonials,



and promotional videos for our agency and training batches.
- Organize raw footage and maintain a structured Google Drive / local storage system.

Requirements & Skills

- Hands-on experience shooting stable, high-quality video on an iPhone, flagship Android, or mirrorless camera.
- Proficiency in mobile or desktop video editors (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong sense of pacing, hook positioning, and audio-video synchronization.
- Basic understanding of lighting (ring lights, softboxes, natural light) and wireless mic setups.
- Must be based in Jalgaon with a two-wheeler for local travel to client locations (fuel allowance provided).
