Role Description

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Video &

- Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about graphic design, video editing, and digital content creation. You will assist in designing engaging visuals and editing compelling videos that strengthen our brand presence across social media, digital campaigns, and marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Graphic

Design

- Design social media creatives, banners, posters, brochures, emailers, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Create visually appealing graphics aligned with Stay Ukiyo's luxury brand identity.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all creative assets.

2.

Video

Editing &
- Motion Graphics

- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, advertisements, YouTube, and promotional campaigns.
- Create engaging reels, motion graphics, and simple animations.
- Add transitions, music, captions, and effects to enhance viewer engagement.

3.

Content

Creation &
- Branding

- Assist in creating visual concepts for seasonal campaigns, promotions,



and collaborations.
- Work closely with the marketing team to transform ideas into impactful visual content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline platforms.

4. Photography &
- Creative Support

- Assist in basic photo editing and image enhancement.
- Support photoshoots and video shoots whenever required.
- Organize and maintain creative assets, project files, and templates.

5. Collaboration &
- Asset Management

- Coordinate with content writers, digital marketers, and other departments for creative requirements.
- Maintain an organized archive of design files, videos, and brand assets.
- Stay updated with current design trends, video editing styles, and social media content formats.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in graphic design and/or video editing (Internship experience is acceptable).
- A robust portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work.

Skills &

- Competencies

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
- Basic understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and branding.
- Familiarity with social media content formats and current digital trends.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn and grow.
