KRA will be based on these below points –
- Daily Advance coordination with Mumbai sales team to take the bed’s measurements of our channel partners.
- Share the data to respective sales team with the proof of Measurement.
- Advance planning with Sales team to go to end user’s place to check the complaints in the mattress of client.
- Share the complaint data to Mumbai BCO to get the solution from Service team.
- Payment collection from Mumbai channel partners those are making the payments through cheque.
- Arrange Canopy (Sales promotion) activity with the help of sales team.
- Mini samples internal movement from one channel partner to another channel partner whenever it will be required by sales team.
- Others sales support required by Mumbai branch.
