We're looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter to support IT staffing across our technical practice areas in India. The recruiter will be responsible for hiring across
India, UK, and Europe roles. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career to grow into full-cycle technical hiring within a fast-scaling consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for IT roles, with a focus on SAP & NCLC technologies and related technical positions
- Manage hiring pipelines across
India, UK, and European markets simultaneously
- Manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously, prioritizing based on urgency and business need
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess technical fit and communication skills
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Apply recruitment best practices to improve candidate quality and time-to-fill
- Work independently in a remote setting, collaborating with hiring managers as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in staffing/recruitment
- Strong experience recruiting for IT roles (SAP & NCLC technologies)
- Experience or comfort recruiting across multiple geographies (India, UK, Europe)
- Solid sourcing and candidate screening skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Working knowledge of recruitment best practices
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple hiring processes at once
