Role Description The Junior System Administrator role at MEIKO India is a full-time, dayshift, on-site position based in Yelahanka, Bengaluru. This role involves supporting and maintaining IT systems, including servers, desktops, and peripheral devices, to ensure smooth daily operations.

The Junior System

Administrator will monitor system performance, perform routine updates and backups, and assist in managing user accounts and access permissions. The person in this role will provide first-level technical support to internal users, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues,



and escalate complex problems when needed. Collaboration with senior IT staff, documentation of procedures, and adherence to security and compliance standards are key parts of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Candidates should possess skills in System Administration, including basic server and workstation management and routine maintenance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Microsoft 365, including basic understanding of Intune, Teams, SharePoint or any other technologies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to identify, diagnose, and resolve user and system issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration, such as handling LAN/WAN connectivity, network devices, and basic network security.
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Information Technology, including operating systems, hardware components, and common enterprise applications.
- Ability to work 5 days on-site in Yelahanka, Bengaluru
- Willingness to learn, collaborate with senior team members, and adapt to evolving technologies and internal processes.
