About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Staff Accountant with 1–1.5 years of relevant accounting experience to join our Finance & Accounting team. The role offers an opportunity to work in a US-based business environment and gain hands-on exposure to US Accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities .
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) .
- Record journal entries and maintain accounting records.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations .
- Support invoice processing, expense tracking, and payment records .
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate documentation and supporting schedules.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Follow accounting procedures and internal controls.

Requirements
- B.Com / B.Com (Hons.) / M.Com / MBA (Finance)



or relevant qualification.
- 1–1.5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Valuable understanding of accounting principles, AP/AR, journal entries, and reconciliations .
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel .
- Experience with Tally Prime, QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication.
- Willingness to learn US Accounting .
- Willingness to work US night shifts.

? Important This is a 100% onsite position in Mohali.

Candidates currently residing in Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, Kharar, Zirakpur, or nearby areas and comfortable commuting to Mohali are preferred.
