About Role:

Are you a social media savvy with a passion for content creation and digital marketing?

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation
- Handle LinkedIn, Instagram, X(Formerly known as Twitter)
- Create and edit Reels and short-Form videos
- Assist in creating and maintaining a monthly content calendar
- Conceptualize and create fun, engaging reels as per the company’s structure
- Capture moments from events, programs, etc.
- Write short- or long-form blog content to help improve SEO.

Social Media Management

- Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, likes, impressions, engagement)
- Storytelling & Documentation




- Work with the design team and management team to capture stories

Who should apply

- We are looking for a fresher in social media, content writing, and communications who is enthusiastic about digital content creation.
- The ideal candidate should enjoy creating Instagram reels or short-form video content and have a basic understanding of platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn, as well as current social media trends.
- They should also be excellent at written and verbal communication skills in English.

Skills Required:

- Should be able to use Canva, Figma, CapCut, or basic video editing tools
- Comfortable with shooting quick videos on a phone.
- Creative ideas for creating youth-focused, engaging content.
- Should be aware of current trends and how the platform algorithm works.
- Extroverted personality and should not shy away from taking videos in the middle of the office or at events

Qualifications:

- A person who has a background in marketing and communications.
