Required Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Must have experience handling/selling 1 Cr+ real estate projects/properties.
- Strong experience in residential real estate sales will be preferred.
- Candidates residing in or near Kothrud will be preferred.
- Should have good knowledge of the Kothrud and nearby Pune real estate market.
- Excellent *English communication skills are Mandatory
- Candidate should be well-presented, confident, and professional.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Conduct property/project presentations and site visits.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Handle negotiations and support customers through the booking process.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
- Coordinate with CRM, pre-sales, and internal teams for smooth closures.
- Maintain knowledge of project specifications, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Ensure a skilled customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
