5-7 years of hands-on site execution experience

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Site Engineer with robust technical expertise in structural execution and on-site coordination. The ideal candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD, capable of handling Auto Level instruments, and experienced in managing day-to-day site execution activities with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute structural and civil works as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Interpret AutoCAD drawings and ensure accurate implementation on site.
- Handle Auto Level and other surveying instruments for layout, leveling, and measurement activities.
- Raise RFIs (Request for Information) to consultants/clients for clarifications and ensure timely closure.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and project managers for smooth execution.
- Maintain daily site reports, measurements, and documentation.




- Identify execution challenges and support the team in resolving technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with structural drawings, quality norms, and engineering standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on site execution experience in building or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and interpreting drawings.
- Mandatory experience in High rise Construction, handling Auto Level instruments and site surveying.
- Strong understanding of structural elements and execution methodologies.
- Ability to raise and track RFIs effectively.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site tasks.
