Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Junior Sales Executives to support the growth of Flowzo CRM. The role will focus on prospecting, outbound calling, lead qualification, follow-ups, demo scheduling, and assisting the senior sales team in closing opportunities.

This is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in SaaS and technology sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Contact assigned leads and understand their business requirements.
- Explain Flowzo CRM features and business benefits to prospects.
- Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, decision-making authority, and buying timeline.
- Schedule product demonstrations for qualified prospects.
- Conduct basic product demonstrations after training.
- Follow up consistently with prospects until the opportunity moves to the next stage.
- Maintain all activities, calls, follow-ups, and lead information inside the CRM.
- Work closely with the Senior Sales Closer / Sales Manager for negotiations and closing.
- Re-engage inactive and old leads.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Daily Expectations:

Candidates should be comfortable working with measurable sales targets such as:

- 60–100 outbound calls per day
- Regular LinkedIn and email outreach
- Minimum qualified conversations every day
- Demo appointments every week
- Consistent follow-up of all assigned leads
- Accurate CRM updates

Required Skills:

- Basic understanding of software, SaaS, CRM, or technology products.

Sales Process:

Lead Generation → First Contact → Qualification → Demo Booking → Follow-up → Senior Closer → Customer Conversion

Junior executives will be responsible mainly for generating and developing opportunities. Senior team members will support complex negotiations and final closures.
