Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain robotic systems using Delta robots.

- Troubleshoot issues with PLC panels and sensors to ensure optimal system performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robotic solutions into production lines.

- Conduct quality control checks on assembled products using trimming techniques.

- Develop and implement new robotics projects from concept to completion.

- Work closely with the team to identify and resolve technical issues.

Job Requirements :

- Proficiency in working with Delta robots, PLC panels, and sensors is required.

- Robust understanding of troubleshooting techniques for complex mechanical systems.

- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

- Experience with neck cutting, dividing, beading, trimming, and expanding parts is beneficial.

- Knowledge of PLC systems, sensors, and safety interlocks is advantageous.

- Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and quality control processes is preferred. ph (phone hidden)
