- Perform raw materials process quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Conduct COA (Certificate of Analysis) verification for all incoming raw materials.
- Manage the release and approval process for raw materials to Contract Manufacturers.
- Oversee the release and approval of finished products, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Send samples to external laboratories for testing and meticulously review and release reports and batches.
- Implement risk-based decision management in all quality-related processes to ensure product safety and integrity.
- Maintain proper and concise documentation for all quality assurance and control activities.
Food Safety & Compliance
- Identify and address potential food safety risks throughout the production lifecycle.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement and maintain Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Ensure all processes and products comply with food safety regulations and industry standards.
Continuous Improvement
- Participate in problem-solving initiatives related to product quality and process efficiency.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control procedures and systems.
