Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity take-offs and material estimates for electrical works.

- Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documents.

- Prepare and check BOQs, quotations, and cost estimates.

- Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, procurement, and subcontractors.

- Maintain accurate quantity surveying and commercial records.

- Assist with tendering and comparison of supplier/subcontractor quotations.

- Ensure measurements and billing are prepared accurately and on time.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering,

- 1 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably with electrical or MEP projects.

- Valuable understanding of electrical construction works and materials.

- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and specifications.

- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, measurement, and project billing.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
